The invention discloses a mutual-pulling type foundation pit enclosure structure and a construction method. The mutual-pulling type foundation pit enclosure structure comprises a double-shaft stirring pile located between a first foundation pit and a second foundation pit. The double-shaft stirring pile comprises a first stirring pile body and a second stirring pile body. The top of the first stirring pile body and the top of the second stirring pile body are connected with prestressed steel strands. Matched clamps are anchored to the prestressed steel strands. A first base plate force transmission belt is arranged between the first stirring pile body and a base plate of the first foundation pit. A second base plate force transmission belt is arranged between the second stirring pile body and a base plate of the second foundation pit. When the enclosure structure is constructed, the first stirring pile body and the second stirring pile body are arranged between the first foundation pit and the second foundation pit and fixed to the two foundation pits through the first base plate force transmission belt and the second base plate force transmission belt correspondingly, and tensioning type enclosure of the first foundation pit and the second foundation pit is achieved through the prestressed steel strands.
