The invention discloses a water slot water drainage and gathering-draining double-control valve which comprises a gathering-draining water selecting valve and a double-control valve handle, wherein the gathering-draining water valve comprises a water selecting valve body, a water inlet valve element, a collecting valve element, a draining valve element and a double-control core bar; the water inlet valve element and the water selecting valve body are movably connected and structurally comprise water slot valve tubes, valve plate control rods and water inlet valve plates; the collecting valve element and the draining valve element comprise valve element plates and linked valve element racks; an elastic valve element plate is arranged in a gathering core plate room and a draining core plate room; the double-control valve core rod and a rotary shaft of the water selecting valve body are connected, and drive top rods are arranged at the two sides of each of the double-control valve core rod and the rotary shaft of the water selecting valve body; the double-control valve handle is movably connected with the gathering-draining water selecting valve. According to the water slot water drainage and gathering-draining double-control valve disclosed by the invention, a draining state of a washing water slot is controlled by an operating handle; washing staff can timely gather relatively clean washing water into a water storage tank for being stored and re-used or can drain relatively dirty washing water into a sewage pipe network to flow away according to washing conditions in the washing process. Therefore, the water slot water-drainage and gathering-draining double-control valve is reasonable in structure, and easy to control and the water consumed by people can be convenient to reduce.
