The invention discloses a water drainage treatment device for a same-floor draining caisson. The water drainage treatment device comprises a riser pipe tubular well, a sewage riser pipe and a ventilating pipe, which penetrate through each floor, wherein a water draining riser pipe is additionally arranged in the riser pipe tubular well, the upper part of the water draining riser pipe is connected with the ventilating pipe before outgoing roofing, a P bend with an inspection opening is mounted at the bottom of the water draining riser pipe, and the water draining riser pipe is connected with a transverse water drainage main pipe before going outdoors through the P bend; the water draining riser pipe is provided with tee joints which are vertically mounted in washrooms of all floors, horizontal direction openings of the tee joints extend into the washrooms, the height of the horizontal direction openings of the tee joints is slightly greater than that of first waterproof layers on downcomer plate layers of the washrooms, the horizontal direction openings of the tee joints are connected with branch drains, the branch drains are mounted in a manner of being sloped to the water draining riser pipe, and one end of each branch drain extends into the corresponding washroom; each branch drain is provided with a borehole, and the end, extending into the corresponding washroom, of each branch drain and the corresponding borehole are coated with geotextile. The water drainage treatment device meets the requirements on convenience in construction and the requirements of a drainage system on closed-water acceptance and is free from drainage system design restriction to connection of different pipe materials.
