The invention provides a steel pipe concrete composite system of a building and a masonry construction method thereof. An inner side wall body of the building is formed by building blocks, ring beam casings and steel pipes through masonry construction; concrete is poured in every steep pipe which is inserted and connected into the corresponding building block and ring beam casing in a penetrating mode to achieve the curing forming to form a main body frame and a bearing structure of the building; a heat insulation plate is arranged on the outer wall of the inner side wall body in a pasting mode and then an outer side wall body which is formed by narrow building blocks and thread steel bars through masonry construction is constructed on the outer side of the heat insulation plate in a masonry mode and the thread steel bars are connected into a through hole of every narrow building block in an insertion mode and the concrete is poured to be shaped; the number that the steel pipes are in insertion joint with a bottom layer of the building is in proportional to the design height of the building and is gradually reduced along with the increase of the layer height of a building layer and every steel pipe is integrally connected with the corresponding thread steel bars which are arranged on the outer side. According to the steel pipe concrete composite system of the building and the masonry construction method thereof, the seismic performance of various design heights of buildings, the flexibility of the outer wall beautification and the degree of convenience of the masonry construction are improved, the labor intensity is small, the use of the steel pipes and the concrete is saved, and the conveying and construction cost of building materials is reduced.
