The invention relates to an anti-falling device for a coated workshop gate. The device comprises a stand column, a slide way and a lower chord, wherein a lifting wheel, an anti-falling plate, a spring and a connecting push rod are further installed on the lower chord, and anti-falling rods are further installed on the slide way; the two sides of the lifting wheel are installed on lifting wheel fixing plates respectively, one side of each lifting wheel fixing plate is hinged to the lower chord through a connecting pin shaft, the other side of each lifting wheel fixing plate is connected with the anti-falling plate through the connecting push rod, the head of the anti-falling plate is matched with the anti-falling rods on the slide way, the tail end of the anti-falling plate is connected with the upper end of the lower chord through the spring, the lower end of the anti-falling plate is installed on the lower chord through fulcrum fixing plates, and the anti-falling plate can be pushed by the connecting push rod to swing along hinge joints between the anti-falling plate and the fulcrum fixing plates. The device has the advantages that due to the combination of buffering force of the spring and the lever principle, the phenomenon that the gate suddenly falls can be prevented, generation of sudden impacting force can be successfully avoided, the lower chord is effectively protected, and the service life of the lower chord is prolonged.
