The invention relates to a diatomite fireproof plate which comprises an upper plate layer, a lower plate layer and a core layer, wherein glass fiber layers are arranged between the core layer and the upper plate layer and between the core layer and the lower plate layer, and the core layer is a diatomite layer. The diatomite layer respectively comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 35-40% of diatomite, 40-60% of white cement, 0.5-1% of an agglutinant, 1-3% of an enhancer and 3-7% of anti-crack fibers. The diatomite is used for preparing the core layer which adsorbs toxic gas in air, the diatomite fireproof plate provided by the invention is low in cost and environmentally-friendly.
