The concrete additive has the beneficial effects that the compressive property of concrete can be greatly improved, and meanwhile, the durability of the concrete can be improved; the modified cement and the modified bentonite are utilized, so that the penetrating performance is greatly improved; besides, the corrosion inhibitor and the anti-freezing agent are added, so that performances of concrete are improved from multiple aspects, the service life of the concrete is prolonged, and the maintenance cost of a concrete building is reduced.
