Preparation method of artificial quartzite plate
The invention discloses a preparation method of an artificial quartzite plate; the quartzite plate is composed of main materials and auxiliary materials; the main materials comprise 20-30wt% of acrylic-based resin and 70-80 wt% of natural quartz sand powder; in the auxiliary materials, the weight of a curing agent is 0.8-2.0% of that of acrylic-based resin; the weight of a coupling agent is 0.1-0.3% of that of natural quartz sand powder; the weight of a dyeing agent is 2-20% of that of acrylic-based resin; and the preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: heating acrylic-based resin till acrylic-based resin is sufficiently fused; adding natural quartz sand powder and the auxiliary materials to uniformly mix; uniformly and flatly paving the materials on a template; feeding the template into a press to press and form in a manner of pressing through static pressure after vacuumizing, and using a pressure head to heat the plate in a manner of a heat conductive plate while pressing, so that the plate is completely cured; and discharging the cured plate, releasing a mould, stacking, cooling, determining thickness, and polishing. Practices prove that the artificial quartzite plate prepared by utilizing the preparation method is high in hardness, low in density, good in toughness and difficult to crack.
