The invention discloses a soundproof thermal insulation material. The soundproof thermal insulation material is prepared from the following ingredients in mass ratio: 40-50% of insulating glass, 10-15% of plant fiber, 10-15% of centrifugal glass fiber, 15-20% of asbestos wool, 15-20% of bentonite, 3-5% of polyacrylamide, 5% of a penetrating agent, 0.1-0.3% of a rare earth additive, 5-10% of perlite fly ash, and 5% of rock wool. The plant fiber is added to the formula to play the noise absorption function; the centrifugal glass fiber is excellent in heat insulation and sound insulation.
