To provide a soundproof insulation panel for a housing window which has sufficient soundproof, insulation and dew condensation countermeasures while being inexpensive and lightweight.SOLUTION: A soundproof insulation panel 5 for a window includes a panel body 6 storing a soundproof insulation material 7, and a bottom plate 8 which is provided on the bottom of the panel body 6 and has a plurality of through holes 9, and is mounted in a window frame 4 of a housing window. The panel body 6 stores a loosen material obtained by stirring and mixing a cellulose fiber obtained by fibrillating old paper and a cotton-like synthetic fiber containing polypropylene or polyester as a main component, as a soundproof insulation material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、安価・軽量でありながら、防音・断熱・結露対策が十分な住宅の窓用防音断熱パネルを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】防音断熱材７を収納したパネル本体６と、該パネル本体６の底部に設けられ複数の貫通孔９を有する底板８とを備え、住宅の窓の窓枠４内に装着される窓用防音断熱パネル５である。上記パネル本体６には、防音断熱材として、古紙を解繊したセルローズファイバーと、ポリプロピレン又はポリエステルを主成分とする綿状の合成繊維とを攪拌混合したバラ材が収納されている。【選択図】 図１
