The invention belongs to the technical field of emulsified asphalt cement mortar for high-speed railway, and particularly relates to emulsified asphalt cement mortar for a CRTS I-type slab ballastless track and a preparation method thereof. The emulsified asphalt cement mortar comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 380-415 parts of modified emulsified asphalt, 800-880 parts of a dry powdery material, 25-36 parts of water, 0.11-0.3 part of a defoaming agent and 0.3-2 parts of an air entraining agent. The prepared emulsified asphalt cement mortar for the CRTS I-type slab ballastless track uses the modified emulsified asphalt containing styrene-butadiene latex and resin emulsion, so that the low temperature performance of the asphalt is improved, and the fluidity, the early strength, the frost resistance and the weatherability of CA mortar are improved; compared with the prior art, the emulsified asphalt cement mortar for the CRTS I-type slab ballastless track has the characteristics of simplicity and convenience in preparation process as well as simple equipment; the service life of the ballastless track paved by the emulsified asphalt cement mortar is prolonged.
