The invention provides a CRTS III type plate ballastless track which comprises a base, a track plate, reinforcing ribs and a filling layer, the filling layer is formed by pouring self-compacting concrete between the track plate and the base, through holes are formed in the track plate, the filling layer is formed in the through holes, and the reinforcing ribs are buried in the filling layer between the track plate and the base; the CRTS III type plate ballastless track further comprises connecting pieces, the connecting pieces are arranged in the through holes, one ends of the connecting pieces are fixed to the inner walls of the through holes, and the other ends of the connecting pieces are connected with the reinforcing ribs.
