Corrosion-resistant concrete module with protective cover
The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant concrete module with a protective cover. The corrosion-resistant concrete module comprises a concrete module and the protective cover, wherein the concrete module comprises Portland cement, a rust inhibitor, a lubricant as well as a corrosion-resistant agent and a dispersant, the corrosion-resistant agent mainly comprises aluminum silicate and barium hydroxide; the dispersant is mainly silica fume, the corrosion-resistant agent accounts for 20-30% of the total weight of concrete, the dispersant accounts for 10-15% of the total weight of concrete, the rust inhibitor accounts for 15-20% of the total weight of concrete; and the protective cover wraps the concrete module and is made of a stainless steel material. Both the rust inhibitor and the corrosion-resistant agent are added into the concrete module and more importantly, the protective cover is processed to cover the concrete module to further improve the corrosion resistance in the water.
