Reinforcement material for grouting sandstone grotto rock fracture
The invention relates to a formula of a reinforcement material for grouting a sandstone grotto rock fracture and a preparation method of the reinforcement material. The method comprises the following steps: a. mixing frit ginger nut, metakaolin and quartz sand at the mass ratio of 1 to 0.6 to 0.4; b. adding an expanding agent AEA which accounts for 10% of total mass of a mixture to the mixture, and stirring in a stirrer evenly; and c. stirring the mixed powder at the water-ash ratio of 0.50-0.60 for 15 minutes for later use. According to the reinforcement material disclosed by the invention, the porosity is 41.72%; the mean compressive strength is not smaller than 15.00MPa; the reinforcement material is still basically complete after being soaked for 300 days; the compressive strength after being frozen and circulated is 13.00MPa; the problem of water seepage of the sandstone grotto rock fracture is solved; and contribution is made for protection of sandstone grottoes.
