The invention discloses an anti-seepage grouting material for repairing sandstone grotto rock mass cracks. The anti-seepage grouting material is prepared from the following components in percentage bymass: 10-85% of sulphoaluminate cement, 10%-85% of metakaolin; 0.1%-2.0% of a water reducing agent; 0.1%-2.0% of a defoaming agent; 1.0%-5.0% of an alkali activator; and 0.1%-1.0% of redispersible latex powder; wherein the mass percent is based on the total mass of the anti-seepage grouting material for repairing the sandstone grotto rock mass cracks. The invention further discloses a preparationmethod of the water seepage prevention grouting material for repairing the sandstone grotto rock mass cracks. The grouting material is high in strength and good in water seepage prevention effect, the alkalinity is lower than that of a common grouting material, and the problem of saltpetering and efflorescence occurring after the grouting material is cured can be effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种修复砂岩石窟岩体裂缝的防渗水灌浆材料,按质量百分比由以下组分制备而成:硫铝酸盐水泥10~85%;偏高岭土10~85%;减水剂0.1~2.0%;消泡剂0.1~2.0%;碱激活剂1.0~5.0%;可再分散乳胶粉0.1~1.0%;所述的质量百分比以所述修复砂岩石窟岩体裂缝的防渗水灌浆材料的总质量为基准。本发明还公开了上述修复砂岩石窟岩体裂缝的防渗水灌浆材料的制备方法。该灌浆材料强度高,防渗水效果好,而且碱度相比于一般的灌浆材料低,能有效解决灌浆材料固化后出现的泛盐泛碱问题。
