Preparation method of foaming cement
The invention relates to the preparation field of building materials, and discloses a new preparation method for foaming cement. The preparation method of the foaming cement comprises the following steps: proportionally adding raw material water, sulphur aluminate cement and coal ash; stirring the raw material water, the sulphur aluminate cement and the coal ash; adding the mixture into a foaming machine; adding quantitative calcium stearate and hydrogen peroxide to the foaming machine; stirring, forming, and solidifying the obtained mixture, and then performing subsequent steps for wallboard production. The foaming machine is provided with an automatic walking gear, and the walking speed of the gear is controlled by a preset program, so that the gear can walk to a designated position, and therefore, the continuous control process of a full-automatic production line of whole wallboards can be satisfied. During the solidification of the formed foaming cement, the subsequent preparation steps for the wallboards can be continued to perform. The foaming cement prepared by the method has good heat retaining property and long service life, and manual operation is greatly reduced, so that the method is suitable for production of large-scale production lines.
