The invention relates to the field of foamed cement, in particular to a foamed cement additive and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding water into sodium hydroxide to form a solution; s2, heating the solution to 80-85 DEG C, adding rosin, and adding water again; s3, heating the solution to 80-90 DEG C, adding the soaked bone glue, and continuously stirring the solution; s4, stirring, adding corn starch, adding triethanolamine, and continuously stirring uniformly; s5, continuously adding plant fibers treated by the preparation device into the solution, and stirring to prepare a foamed cement additive; and S6, beating the foaming cement additive into foam by using the preparation device, and then adding the foaming cement additive into the cement. The foaming cement additive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 to 6 parts of rosin, 1 to 3 parts of sodium hydroxide, 2 to 5 parts of bone glue, 1 to 2 parts of triethanolamine, 0.5 to 1 part of corn starch, 80 to 90 parts of water and 10 to 20 parts of plant fiber. And the foaming cement is not easy to crack.
本发明涉及发泡水泥领域,更具体的说是一种发泡水泥添加剂及其制备方法。制备方法包括:S1:向氢氧化钠中加入水形成溶液;S2:加热上述溶液至80‑85℃时加入松香,再次加入水;S3:加热上述溶液至80‑90℃时加入已经浸泡好的骨胶,不断搅拌溶液;S4:搅拌后加入玉米淀粉,加入三乙醇胺后继续搅拌均匀;S5:在溶液中继续加入经过制备装置处理后的植物纤维,搅拌后制成发泡水泥添加剂;S6:使用制备装置将发泡水泥添加剂打成泡沫状,然后将发泡水泥添加剂加入水泥中。所述发泡水泥添加剂由以下份数重量的原料组成:松香3‑6份、氢氧化钠1‑3份、骨胶2‑5份、三乙醇胺1‑2份、玉米淀粉0.5‑1份、水80‑90份和植物纤维10‑20份。可以使得发泡水泥不易碎裂。
