The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flashing thin ceramic tile. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pressing a green body at 45-50MPa and 1280-1300 DEG C for 6-8 hours to form a brick for later use; (2) grinding ground coat into glaze powder of which the fineness is 5-6 microns, spraying the ground coat on the green body, and then sintering at 1125-1150 DEG C for 30-35 minutes, and carrying out heat preservation for 6-8 minutes for later use; and (3) grinding a cover coat into glaze powder of which the fineness is 5-6 microns, further spraying the ground coat of the green body in the previous step, sintering at 1150 DEG C for 40-45 minutes, and carrying out heat preservation for 3-5 minutes. By reasonable proportion and technology, the flashing thin ceramic tile produced by the process is good in flashing effect, smooth, uniform, and high in strength; and the yield can be up to 90-94%.
