The invention discloses a ceramic tile with a flashing effect and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing a ceramic blank and flashing crystal grains to obtain a mixture; performing compression molding on the mixture to obtain a green body layer; applying transparent ground coat on the surface of the green body layer to form a transparent ground coat layer; forming a pattern decoration layer on the surface of the transparent ground coat layer; applying transparent protective glaze on the surface of the pattern decoration layer to form a transparent protective glaze layer; and finally, putting the green body layer with the transparent protective glaze layer into a kiln and firing the green body layer to obtain a ceramic tile with a flashing effect. According to the invention, a process method of adding dry particles into glaze to cause various defects is abandoned, and the flashing crystal grains and the blank are directly mixed in a ceramic body and then are subjected to compression molding. The surface of the sintered ceramic tile has the texture of natural flashing of crystals in natural stone. The combination property of the flashing crystal grains and the ceramic blank is good, cracks and air holes are not generated, and crystal grain expansion is avoided.
本发明公开一种具有闪光效果的陶瓷砖及其制备方法。方法包括步骤：将陶瓷坯料和闪光晶粒混合，得到混合料；将所述混合料压制成型，得到生坯层；在所述生坯层表面施透明底釉，形成透明底釉层；在所述透明底釉层表面形成图案装饰层；在所述图案装饰层表面施透明保护釉，形成透明保护釉层；最后将形成有所述透明保护釉层的生坯层放入窑中烧成，得到具有闪光效果的陶瓷砖。本发明摒弃在釉中添加干粒所出现各种缺陷的工艺方法，直接在陶瓷坯体中，将闪光晶粒与坯料混合，然后压制成型。烧成后的陶瓷砖表面具有了天然石材中晶体自然闪光的质感。且闪光晶粒与陶瓷坯料结合性好，不产生开裂，气孔，不发生晶粒膨胀。
