Ba(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3/Bi0.2Y2.8Fe5O12 layered magneto-electricity composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a Ba(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3/Bi0.2Y2.8Fe5O12 layered magneto-electricity composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively pelletizing a Ba(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3 powder and a Bi0.2Y2.8Fe5O12 powder, performing compression moulding in a mould in a 2-2 composite barrier layer overlapping arrangement manner, discharging a PVA adhesive, and sintering at 1,300-1,350 DEG C to obtain the layered magneto-electricity composite material. According to the Ba(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3/Bi0.2Y2.8Fe5O12 layered magneto-electricity composite material and the preparation method thereof, a ferroelectric phase and a ferromagnetic phase are cofired together in a layered composition manner by utilizing the Ba(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3 powder and the Bi0.2Y2.8Fe5O12 powder in the 2-2 composite barrier layer overlapping arrangement manner, so that the interreaction between the ferroelectric phase and the ferromagnetic phase can be effectively restrained and respective characteristics of the ferroelectric phase and the ferromagnetic phase are kept; and therefore, the layered composite material has excellent ferroelectricity and also has excellent ferromagnetism.
