Aerated concrete block and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an aerated concrete block and a preparation method thereof. The aerated concrete block is prepared from a dry material, water and a gas former, wherein the dry material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of crystals, 5-10 parts of cement, 15-25 parts of quicklime and 1-5 parts of gypsum, wherein the ratio of water to the materials is 0.6-0.65, and the gas former accounts for 0.04-0.1% of the total weight of the dry material. The aerated concrete block provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: tailings and wastes of a crystal factory are fully utilized, so that the production cost of the aerated concrete block provided by the invention is greatly reduced; and the influence on the surrounding environment caused by three wastes (waste residues, wastewater and waste materials stacked in farmlands and beside rivers) generated by inadequate environmental protection treatment facilities of the crystal factory can be avoided, so that the ecological environment is protected.
