The invention provides an aerated concrete block. The average dry density of the block is 676-683 kg/m<3>. The invention also provides a preparation method of the aerated concrete block. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing modified carbide slag powder, preparing a composite cement material, carrying out pre-curing and performing autoclaved curing. The concrete block disclosed by the invention is high in strength and low in density, and has average dry density of 676-683 kg/m<3>, and compressive strength of 7.6-7.8 Mpa. The concrete block disclosed by the invention is small in strength loss in a wet state, and the strength is 7.1-7.2 Mpa in a state that the water content is 10%; and the concrete block is good in heat preservation effect, a dry heat conductivity coefficient is 0.11-0.12, good heat preservation effect can be kept in the humid state, and the heat conductivity coefficient is 0.12-0.13 in the state that the water content is 10%.
本发明提供一种加气混凝土砌块,所述砌块平均干密度为676‑683kg/m3。本发明还提供一种加气混凝土砌块的制备方法,所述制备方法包括制备改性电石渣粉、制备复合水泥料、预养、蒸压养护。本发明的混凝土砌块强度高,密度低,平均干密度为676‑683kg/m3,抗压强度可达7.6‑7.8Mpa,本发明的混凝土砌块在潮湿状态下强度损失小,含水量10%状态下,强度为7.1‑7.2Mpa;本发明的混凝土砌块保温效果好,干态导热系数为0.11‑0.12,潮湿状态下,能够保持良好的保温效果,含水量10%状态下,导热系数为0.12‑0.13。
