Aerated concrete block as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses an aerated concrete block as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing coal ash, sand, aluminum powder and water to obtain a mixture M1; adding sand, rice hulls, a water reducer, a foam stabilizer and rubber powder into the mixture M1 to obtain a mixture M2; pouring the mixture M2 into a mould and performing primary curing; demoulding the mixture M2 subjected to the primary curing, and segmenting to obtain a block model; performing autoclaved curing on the prepared block model to obtain the aerated concrete block, wherein the aerated concrete block comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of the cement, 30-100 parts of the coal ash, 10-70 parts of the sand, 10-70 parts of the rice hulls, 0.5-5 parts of the aluminum powder, 50-200 parts of the water, 1-10 parts of the water reducer, 50-200 parts of the foam stabilizer and 3-20 parts of the rubber powder. Therefore, thermal insulation waterproof and moisture absorption effects are achieved.
