The method for generating the glass passivation protection film comprises the following steps of S1, preparing glass powder; S2, carrying out glass powder electrophoresis on the surface of the enamel dielectric; and S3, sintering the enamel dielectric at high temperature, wherein the glass passivation protection film is subjected to electrophoresis on the enamel dielectric. According to the method for improving the dielectric property of the enamel dielectric of the ozone generator, the layer of glass passivation protection film is generated on the surface of the enamel dielectric, and the enamel dielectric is protected by a layer of compact glass film and is prevented from being in contact with the outside, so that pits, holes and microcracks formed by air bubbles on the surface of the enamel dielectric are filled up by using the glass film, and the dielectric property is improved.
