Rail vibration absorption method used for tunnel construction of metro shield method and vibration absorption cushion
The invention relates to a rail vibration absorption method used for tunnel construction of a metro shield method. Vibration absorption cushions are arranged between a rail and a sleeper, and between the contact surfaces of the sleeper and a pipe piece. The rail vibration absorption method comprises the specific steps: (1) manufacturing common rail vibration absorption cushions with two specifications and storage battery vehicle rail forms, which are used for the tunnel construction of the shield method, by adopting butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber; (2) padding part of the rail vibration absorption cushions between the rail and the sleeper, so that the contact surfaces of the sleeper and the rail have flexibility, and vibration and noises, caused by the rigid contact between the sleeper and the rail, are reduced; (3) padding the other rail vibration absorption cushions between the contact surfaces of the sleeper and the pipe piece, so that the contact surfaces of the sleeper and the pipe piece have the flexibility, and vibration and noises, caused by the rigid contact between the sleeper and the pipe piece are reduced. A simple and feasible construction method is adopted, so that the noise control difficulty generated by transportation of storage battery vehicles during construction is overcome, and the aims of absorbing vibration and reducing the noises are realized, and furthermore, the influences on the environment by the construction is greatly reduced.
