The device further comprises at least one connecting rod piece which is arranged in the direction parallel to the steel rail and is used for communicating the supporting pieces and a mass unit in a rigid direct connection mode or an elastic layer flexible indirect connection mode to form a bridge frame and a channel for transmitting exciting force, and at least one elastic layer which at least separates two of the connecting rod piece, the supporting pieces and the mass unit; the elastic layer is arranged at the joint of the supporting pieces and the connecting rod piece and/or the joint of the connecting rod piece and the mass unit, and theconnecting rod piece is at least partially embedded into the elastic layer. According to the steel rail damping dynamic vibration absorption device, the purpose of eliminating railway operation potential safety hazards from the source is achieved, the maintenance cost can be reduced, interference of rail maintenance construction on normal operation is reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved.
