The invention provides a railway rail stabilizing device. A box body is connected with the bottom part of a main vehicle frame through a telescopic oil cylinder, an excitation part is arranged in the box body and comprises a driving shaft, a second excitation shaft, a third excitation shaft, a first eccentric block and a second eccentric block, the driving shaft, the second excitation shaft and the third excitation shaft are arranged in parallel, the two ends of the driving shaft, the second excitation shaft and the third excitation shaft are respectively and rotationally arranged at the front wall and the back wall of the box body, the driving shaft is positioned above the part between the second excitation shaft and the third excitation shaft, the first eccentric block fixedly sleeves the second excitation shaft, and the second eccentric block fixedly sleeves the third excitation shaft. When the swinging directions of the first eccentric block and the second eccentric block are respectively positioned on the horizontal direction, the swinging directions are positioned at the same side; when the swinging directions of the first eccentric block and the second eccentric block are respectively positioned on the vertical direction, the swinging directions are opposite. The railway rail stabilizing device solves the technical problem of the existing stabilizing device that the rail bed stabilizing effect is poor as the height of the stabilizing height is higher when the exciter is vertically distributed, and the distance between the centroid height of the exciter and the rail surface is large.
