The present invention relates to a structure of a railway rail capable of improving the starting and braking performance of a train, which is a sand spreading device, without using sand. A railway rail according to the present invention is a railway rail comprising a bottom part, a web part, and a rail head. The railway rail includes a pad groove having a groove structure formed in the longitudinal direction of the rail head and including at least an opened upper surface (hereinafter, referred to as a first opening surface); and a rail pad which is inserted and fixed in the pad groove, has at least a part protruding to the outside of the first opening surface and is made of a material having elasticity.
본 발명은 살사장치 즉, 모래를 사용하지 않으면서도 열차의 기동 및 제동 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 철도 레일의 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 철도 레일은, 저부, 복부 및 레일헤드로 이루어진 철도 레일에 있어서, 상기 레일헤드의 길이방향으로 요홈 구조로 형성되고, 적어도 개방된 상면(이하, '제1 개방면'이라 함)을 포함하는 패드홈; 및 상기 패드홈에 삽입 고정되고, 적어도 일부 영역이 상기 제1 개방면 외부로 돌출되며, 탄성을 갖는 재질로 형성되는 레일패드;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
