Rapid tensioning device for rear axle of rubber-tired road roller
The invention discloses a rapid tensioning device for a rear axle of a rubber-tired road roller. The rapid tensioning device comprises a first support seat and a second support seat, wherein a bracket is arranged between the first support seat and the second support seat; one end of the bracket is hinged with the first support seat; a first horizontal hole is formed in the top surface of the other end of the bracket; a screw rod is arranged in the first horizontal hole; a first connection block is hinged with the second support seat; a second connection block is hinged below the other end of the bracket; the lower end of the screw rod sequentially penetrates through the second connection block and the first connection block; the first connection block and the second connection hole are both in threaded fit with the screw rod; a baffle block is arranged on the screw between the first connection block and the second connection block; and a second horizontal hole, into which the screw rod extends, and which is parallel to the first horizontal hole is formed in the second support seat. According to the rapid tensioning device for the rear axle of the rubber-tired road roller, positioning of four corners does not need to be considered; direct adjustment can be achieved; the rapid tensioning device is simple and easy to operate; labor is saved by adjustment and rotation through the screw rod; a relatively large work space is not needed; and the rear axle can be rapidly tensioned to a proper position.
