Bridge pushing mechanism for erection of mechanized bridge
The invention discloses a bridge pushing mechanism for bridge span pushing-out and retracting in erection of the mechanized bridge and aims to improve transverse stability of a bridge span, bank slope height difference resistance, operating safety, reliability and maintainability and decrease machining and mounting precision requirements of parts, application environment requirements and fault rate. According to the technical scheme, the bridge pushing mechanism is characterized in that a driving sprocket is connected with an output shaft of a motor, a hydraulic motor is fixed on a mount, a driven sprocket and a pin gear are fitted to a pushing shaft, the pushing shaft is supported on a bearing block, a driving sprocket and the driven sprocket are connected through a chain, a motor mount, a bearing block, a tension device and a seal cover are fixed on an erecting rack through bolts, the hydraulic motor drives the driving sprocket to rotate, the driven sprocket is driven to rotate through the chain, the pushing shaft is driven to rotate, the pin gear is driven to rotate, the pin gear meshes with pin teeth to push out or retract the bridge span, and the tension device allows adjustment of tension degree of the chain.
