The invention provides a portable vehicle triangular counter weight type warning indicator with a strip-shaped foglight. The portable vehicle triangular counter weight type warning indicator comprises a triangular warning frame, a supporting base, a switch, a power source, the strip-shaped foglight, four counter weights and a pair of hinge structures, wherein the supporting base is formed by two supporting rods which intersect and are fixedly connected; the four counter weights are respectively arranged on two ends of the two supporting rods; the triangular warning frame is mounted on the supporting base by the pair of hinge structures; the strip-shaped foglight encloses to form a triangle and is mounted on the triangular warning frame; the power source is connected with the strip-shaped foglight; the switch is located on a cable, connected with the strip-shaped foglight, of the power source. Since the foglight is arranged on the triangular warning indicator, and the foglight has a further penetration distance, when a vehicle has a fault, the triangular warning indicator is placed behind the vehicle, and a rear vehicle can conveniently see the warning indicator in a further distance, and a good warning effect is ensured when the warning indicator is used in a severe haze weather.
