The invention provides a portable vehicle triangular warning indicator provided with fog lamps. The triangular warning indicator comprises a triangular warning indicating frame, a supporting base, three fog lamps, a hinging mechanism, a switch and a power supply, wherein the triangular warning indicating frame is arranged on the supporting base through the hinging mechanism; the three fog lamps are respectively arranged on three top points of the triangular warning indicating frame; the power supply is connected with the fog lamps; the switch is positioned on a cable by which the power supply is connected with the fog lamps. Due to the fact that the fog lamps are arranged on the triangular warning indicator and have relatively far penetration distance, when the triangular warning indicator is placed behind a vehicle which has a failure, a driver of a following vehicle can conveniently see the warning indicator from a relatively long distance, and a very good warning indication effect can be achieved when the triangular warning indicator is used under serious hazy weather.
