The invention discloses a river channel cleaning device, which comprises a fixing body, wherein a connecting body is arranged on the side surface of the fixing body; a plurality of grooves are formed in the fixing body; a telescopic elbow is arranged in each groove; one end of each elbow is fixedly connected with an adjusting rod; the fixing body and the connecting body are made of hard foam; and the elbows and the adjusting rods are of an integral hollow structure. A main body of the river channel cleaning device disclosed by the invention is made of floatable foam materials; the elbows which are used for gathering flotage are arranged on the floatable materials; and the river channel can be subjected to large-area carpet cleaning in the arrangement manner, so that the work efficiency is greatly improved.
