The invention relates to a rotating type floating pile driving guide frame. The rotating type floating pile driving guide frame is characterized by comprising a positioning steel pile, a guide frame body and a pile holding device; the guide frame body comprises an upper guide frame and a lower guide frame, wherein each of the upper guide frame and the lower guide frame comprises a fixed truss, a standard section truss and a positioning truss which are connected from back to front in a sequence; the pile holding device is fixedly connected to each positioning truss; the upper guide frame is connected with the lower guide frame through a sleeve to form an integral same-group pile driving guide frame; the sleeve is fixedly connected to the inner side of a sleeve truss; a flange plate is fixedly connected to the lower end of the sleeve; a bracket is arranged at the lower end of the positioning steel pile; a reserved inserting hole is formed in the bracket; the sleeve is inserted into the positioning steel pile; the flange plate is connected with the bracket through an inserting pin. The rotating type floating pile driving guide frame has the beneficial effects that a base pile can be accurately positioned, and an inclined pile in any angle can be driven; all group file foundations can be built by one-time stopping of a ship, and therefore, the construction efficiency is greatly increased, and the construction cost of the ship can be decreased.
