The invention discloses a plugging structure. The plugging structure comprises a cement sand-free pipe, wherein a steel sleeve is arranged on the cement sand-free pipe; the steel sleeve is positioned on the middle part of the cement sand-free pipe; the top of the steel sleeve is connected with the cement sand-free pipe; the bottom of the steel sleeve is positioned on a cushion; the cushion is hermetically connected with the cement sand-free pipe; the cushion is transversely arranged on the lower surface of the cement sand-free pipe; flanges are arranged on the two side faces of the cushion; the tops of the flanges are clamped on the cushion; a settling mechanism is connected between the two flanges; the settling mechanism is of a convex structure; a settling bolt is arranged on the middle part of the settling mechanism; the top of the settling bolt is fixedly connected with the convex part of the settling mechanism; the bottom of the settling bolt is positioned on a support plate; the two ends of the support plate are fixed on the flanges. The plugging structure is easy to operate, and the construction period is shortened; a plurality of waterproof structures are adopted, so that the waterproofing effect of a concrete bottom plate can be ensured; meanwhile, the influences of external factors such as the depth and size of a basement foundation pit, the magnitude of tube well water inflow and the magnitude of water pressure are eliminated.
