The embodiment of the invention discloses a capsule structure, a plugging device and a plugging system, the capsule structure comprises a plurality of capsule units, and an injection cavity is formed in each capsule unit; every two adjacent capsule body units are connected through the corresponding connecting piece, so that the multiple capsule body units are sequentially connected to form a medium injection assembly; and the injection port is connected to the medium injection assembly and communicates with the injection cavity. According to the capsule body structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, through the arrangement of the connecting pieces, the effect of supporting the capsule body units can be achieved, the connecting pieces can be used as a framework of the capsule body structure, when a medium is injected into the capsule body structure, the capsule body structure can be more stretched, and the capsule body structure can have a larger stretching area under the same medium pressure; and therefore, the output pressure of the bag body structure can be improved, and the flow blocking effect can be further guaranteed.
