The invention discloses a gravel mining, excavating and transporting device. The gravel mining, excavating and transporting device comprises a mechanical claw, a digging rope connected with the upper end of the mechanical claw, a floating ball connecting rope connected with the right side of the upper end of the mechanical claw, a floating ball connected with the floating ball connecting rope, a rotating shaft winded together with the digging rope, a rotating motor arranged in the rotating shaft, a controller connected with the rotating motor, a signal receiving device arranged at one end of the controller, a conveying support arranged at one side of the rotating motor, a conveyor belt connected with the conveying support, a vertical rod arranged on the middle part of the conveying support, a bottom end rotary observation device arranged on the bottom part of the right end of the conveying support and a top end observation device arranged on the vertical rod, wherein the conveyor belt is formed by one or more conveying plates, and a notch for storing water is formed in the bottom end of each conveying plate.
