The mining lifting device comprises a lifting speed reducer, a lifting motor and a lifting winding drum; the lifting speed reducer comprises a bevel gear transmission assembly and a planetary gear train transmission assembly. The bevel gear transmission assembly comprises a first bevel gear, a second bevel gear and a third bevel gear. The planetary gear train transmission assembly comprises a first-stage planetary mechanism and a second-stage planetary mechanism. The lifting motor drives the first bevel gear and/or the second bevel gear to rotate, an output shaft of the third bevel gear is in transmission connection with the first-stage planetary mechanism, and the first-stage planetary mechanism is in transmission connection with the second-stage planetary mechanism; and the secondary planetary mechanism is connected with the lifting winding drum. The equipment comprises a rotary platform, and the mining lifting device is installed on the rotary platform. According to the lifting speed reducer, the bevel gear transmission assembly and the planetary gear train transmission assembly are structurally integrated, and the integrated lifting speed reducer is small in size and occupies small space of a rotary platform.
