BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based steel structure universal positioning connection device
The invention discloses a BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based steel structure universal positioning connection device. The device comprises a bottom plate and a rotating plate which are hinged together and a telescopic bracket, wherein the bottom plate is positioned on a base plate and can be rotated and be locked; a vertex angle welding point R of a positioning connection plate is arranged at the junction of an outer surface extension line of the rotating plate and a structure main body; the structure main body and the bottom plate are provided with a positioning structure; a BIM positioning sheet is adhered to the positioning connection plate and carries position, hole location and angle information; the rotating plate is provided with positioning holes for determining mounting holes and for determining a positioning distance of an oblique beam web plate. The distance relation between a positioning point and the welding point is determined. The positioning connection plate is determined to be kept at a proper angle and the contact point of the positioning connection plate and a structure main body is enabled to be the welding point by forming a proper angle through the bottom plate and a turning plate. The construction precision is guaranteed, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction difficulty and the workload of a worker are reduced, the construction cost is saved, and a foundation is also provided for quick development and application of a BIM technology in construction enterprises.
