The invention discloses a BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based steel structure oblique crossing positioning connection device. The device comprises a bottom plate and a rotating plate which are hinged together and a telescopic bracket, wherein the bottom surface of the bottom plate is provided with a cavity; an electromagnet A is arranged in the cavity; the rotating plate is arranged in the cavity; an electromagnet B is arranged in the cavity, and a switch, a power supply and a circuit for controlling on and off of the electromagnet are arranged; a BIM positioning sheet is adhered to the positioning connection plate and carries position, hole location and angle information. The positioning connection plate is determined to be kept at a proper angle and the contact point of the positioning connection plate and a structure main body is enabled to be the welding point by forming a proper angle with the bottom plate and a turning plate. Thus the fixed distance and angle of an oblique beam are determined. The construction precision is guaranteed, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction difficulty and the workload of a worker are reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and a foundation is also provided for quick development and application of a BIM technology in construction enterprises.
