The invention provides an insulated board connecting structure which comprises a group of insulated boards and a connecting frame, wherein the opposite end faces of the insulated boards are concave inwards to form U-shaped grooves; the connecting frame is a cross strip structure which is formed by the surrounding of long panels and is provided with a through cavity; the connecting frame is matched with the grooves of the insulated boards which are connected with the connecting frames; a separator made of a slow heat conduction material is arranged in the through cavity. According to the insulated board connecting structure, on the basis of not increasing cost, the cross strip connecting frame which is formed by the surrounding of the long panels and is provided with the through cavity is additionally arranged and the two insulated boards are connected by the connecting frame; the subsequent contact area, which is used for fixing, of the insulated board connecting structure can be increased, so that the insulated boards are more firmly connected; moreover, the separator arranged in the through cavity has effects of preventing a cold bridge and a thermal bridge from being formed and preventing dewing, can reinforce heat preservation of the insulated boards and reduces energy consumption; the separator also can be freely replaced, which is convenient for subsequent repair and maintenance of the insulated boards.
