The present invention relates to an assembly type board connection structure for preventing leakage of mortar and, more specifically, to an assembly type board connection structure for preventing leakage of mortar, capable of preventing mortar in a joint between boards from leaking to the lower side when the mortar is placed in the upper part of the assembled board. According to the present invention, the board consecutively connected in all directions includes: a body formed in a square plate shape; a support unit installed in two sides adjacent in the body and having a U-shaped cross section for a slot to be formed between both side walls in which the lower part is connected; an insertion unit vertically installed downward from the remaining two sides of the body, wherein the insertion unit is vertically inserted into the support unit of the other body; multiple hook units formed on one side of the insertion unit; and multiple hanging groove units formed on one side of the support unit, wherein the hook unit is inserted and hung on the multiple hanging groove units. According to the present invention, the assembly type board for preventing leakage of mortar has a method of supporting an edge of the body and, therefore, can prevent the mortar from leaking to the lower side of the board as the support unit and insertion unit are attached and support the mortar flowing inside from a boundary unit of the body even if the mortar is placed on the upper part without the need to attach tape. Therefore, the assembly type board connection structure for preventing leakage of mortar can largely reduce construction and material costs and shorten construction periods.
본 발명은 몰탈 유출 방지용 조립식 보드 결합구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 조립된 보드 상부에 몰탈 타설 시 보드와 보드 결합 사이의 몰탈이 하부로 유출되는 것을 방지하는 몰탈 유출 방지용 조립식 보드 결합구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 몰탈 유출 방지용 조립식 보드 결합구조는 사방으로 연속 결합되는 보드에 있어서, 상기 보드는 사각의 판 형상으로 이루어진 몸체; 상기 몸체의 인접한 두 변에 구비되며, 하부가 연결된 양 측벽 사이에 슬롯홈이 형성되도록 'U' 모양의 단면적으로 이루어진 받침부; 상기 몸체의 나머지 두 변으로부터 수직으로 하향 구비되어 타 몸체의 받침부에 수직으로 삽입되는 끼움부; 상기 끼움부 일측면에 다수 형성되는 후크부; 및 상기 받침부의 일측면에 형성되어 후크부가 삽입 걸림되는 다수의 걸림홈부; 를 포함함을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 몰탈 유출 방지용 조립식 보드는 몸체의 가장자리 변을 받치는 방식이므로 상부에 몰탈을 타설하더라도 몸체의 경계부로부터 유입되는 몰탈을 받침대와 끼움부가 밀착되어 받쳐줌으로써 보드의 하부로 몰탈이 유출되는 것을 방지하는 효과가 있다. 결국, 테이프를 부착하는 공정이 필요치 않으므로 자재비 및 시공비를 대폭 절감할 수 있고, 공기가 짧아지는 효과가 있다.
