The invention discloses a composite floor, comprising an upper floor and a lower floor, wherein the lower floor is provided with bulges; the lower end surface of the upper floor is provided with grooves; each groove is connected with the corresponding bulge in a matching manner; silencing cotton is arranged on the lower surface of the upper floor; the silencing cotton is stuck to the upper floor and the lower floor through adhesives. The composite floor has the beneficial effects that (1) the bulges on the lower floor and the grooves on the upper floor are arranged in the matching manner, so that the two floors are difficultly loosened; the two floors are stuck together through the silencing cotton, so that the composite floor is firmer; (2) a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material surface is arranged on the upper surface of the upper floor, so that water on the ground of kitchens and toilets difficultly permeates into the floor; (3) a concave-convex structure is arranged, so that floor bodies can be conveniently connected; (4) the structure is simple, and the installation is convenient.
