To make the displacement between the ends of plates adjacent to each other inconspicuous in a synthetic floor formed by integrating the plates made of wood-based material and a concrete slab.SOLUTION: A synthetic floor 20 comprises a plurality of plates 42 formed using wood-based materials, a concrete slab 30 provided on the plates 42 adjacent to each other and integrated with the plates 42, a rod-shaped member (rail 44) arranged between end portions of the plates 42 adjacent to each other along the end portions, and a connecting member 46 that is fixed to the upper portion of the rod-shaped member, embedded in the concrete slab 30, and connects the plates 42 adjacent to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
