The invention discloses a foaming and self-adhered floor tile. The foaming and self-adhered floor tile comprises a matrix layer and a self-adhered layer formed on the matrix layer, wherein materials of the self-adhered layer comprise paste resin, a plasticizer, a stabilizer and a foaming agent, the mass ratio of the paste resin to the plasticizer is 100:60-100:200, the mass ratio of the paste resin to the stabilizer is 100:1-100:7, the mass ratio of the paste resin to the foaming agent is 100:1-100-10. Because the paste resin enables the floor tile to have certain stickness, the floor tile can be firmly paved on the floor without glue, and besides, because the paste resin is very soft, the self-adhered layer of the floor tile can change the shape along with the change of the floor shape so as to be better adhered to the floor, so that the foaming and self-adhered floor tile provided by the invention cannot move easily after being paved. Besides, the invention further provides the production method of the foaming and self-adhered floor tile.
