PRODUCTION METHOD OF INDEPENDENT FOAMING TILE AND INDEPENDENT FOAMING TILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an independent foaming tile that cannot only lower a foaming temperature but also is light and non-water absorptive, and a tile obtained according to the method.SOLUTION: In a mixed material of a fly ash of JIS standard and at least one kind of crashed rock, coal ash, sand and clay or a mixed material thereof having a particle diameter of 500 μm or smaller and a silicon dioxide content of 45% or more, silicon carbide is added as a foaming agent, furthermore a slight amount of zinc powder is added, followed by wet kneading, further followed by heat-treating after press forming the material.
【課題】発泡温度を低温化させるだけでなく軽量かつ非吸水性の独立発泡タイルを製造する方法およびこの方法により得られたタイルを提供する。【解決手段】JIS規格のフライアッシュ、粒径サイズ500μm以下であり二酸化ケイ素含有率45%以上である粉砕岩石、石炭灰、砂および土壌の少なくとも1種又は前記材料の混合材料に発泡剤として炭化ケイ素を添加、更に亜鉛粉末を少量添加し湿式混練し、前記材料をプレス形成させた後に熱処理する。
