The invention discloses a perching knife which comprises a blade, a knife rest and a handle, wherein the blade is detachably inserted in a slot of the knife rest; the knife rest is connected with the handle in an articulation manner; the handle is of a telescopic structure. The knife rest and handle of the perching knife disclosed by the invention are in articulated connection with each other, so that the direction of the blade can be changed, and walls at different positions can be conveniently scraped; the handle is of the telescopic structure, so that the demand of scraping the walls with different heights can be met, and the perching knife is wide in application range.
