To provide a knife which enables change of an attitude of a grip part relative to a head.SOLUTION: A knife according to a disclosure includes: a blade; a head which holds the blade at one end with a blade edge of the blade protruding; a grip part which holds the other end of the head; and a fixing part which fixes the grip part to the head. The head and the grip part may be selectively fixed at a first attitude and a second attitude. When viewed from a thickness direction of the head, at the second attitude, a position where a direction in which the blade edge extends and a longitudinal direction of the grip part intersect is different from that at the first attitude.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
