Interior constructing device for large spherical tank
The invention provides an interior constructing device for a large spherical tank, including support lugs, a fixed strip, a horizontal bearing, a stop plate, four support rods, a hydraulic lifting column, an operating platform and horizontal plates, wherein the hydraulic lifting column is introduced into middle of the interior of the spherical tank through a manhole of the spherical tank, the bottom of the hydraulic lifting column is fixed on the ground, an annular column sleeve of the first horizontal plate sleeves the hydraulic lifting column, the groove of the second horizontal plate is clamped on the clamping groove of the first horizontal plate, one end of each support rod is fixedly connected with the support lug on the hydraulic lifting column while the other end of the same is fixedly connected with the support lug on the corresponding horizontal plate, and the operating platform is fixed on a movable plate through a fixed hole penetrating through the movable plate. The interior constructing device can be used when the spherical tank is assembled, and also can be used for constructing at any position in the spherical tank when the spherical tank is maintained. The interior constructing device for the large spherical tank provides platform installing and disassembly, thus being convenient and greatly shortening construction period, and can meet the requirement of construction with one or more persons.
