Large steel spherical tank inclination rectification method
The invention discloses a large steel spherical tank inclination rectification method. The method comprises 1) welding corbels on the two sides of support leg ear plates except a highest support leg to form supporting points; 2) measuring the lifting amount of the support legs with the highest support leg serving as the reference point; 3) selecting the lifting capacity and the largest lifting amount of spiral jacks; 4) loosening foundation bolts, putting the jacks between a foundation concrete bearing platform and the corbels symmetrically, performing jacking from the lowest support legs, and performing jacking by changing to the adjacent two-side support legs for every six time of rod pressing till the support legs reach the required lifting amount; 5) filling gaps between support leg bottom plates and the foundation concrete bearing platform with steel plates after the preset lifting amounts of the support legs are all reached, and performing spot welding on the support plates and the foundation concrete bearing platform; 6) erecting formwork on the upper portion of the foundation concrete bearing platform to be subjected to grouting pouring; cutting off the corbels on the support legs. By the aid of the method, the corbels are clamped welded and jacked on the support leg ear plates to create supporting points to form an equilibrium force system on the foundation concrete bearing platform, and accordingly, the method is safe and reliable, simple and convenient to operate, low in cost and high in efficiency.
